A day in the life

Success

A most successful evening at Evas place where we, three acts, six people gave a charity concert for Uganda and for our own pleasure.
A new trio under then name ".come" played their own music, for the first time in front of an audience, a poet-friend of Eva read some of her own poetry and Eva and myself played excerpts from our two longer performances  with works by Gustaf Fröding and The Beatles. Fifty people came, enjoyed the two hour arrangement, the music and the food on one of summers warmest days. The extra is a rather poor picture, and the only one, from Evas and my bit.
The audience left with a smile on their faces and so did we, the performers. New friends were created, hitherto unheard music was listened to and warmly appreciated, the food was nice and nourishing and the coffee with a cake from Syria tasted like sweet heaven.
All in all, a great Wednesday evening.
