Sunset picnic

The beautiful weather continues and we are spending lots of time at the beach swimming, reading, enjoying the views of the Isle of Wight and playing with Juno.

Juno is still scared of the sea, although she’ll paddle a bit if het ball rolls into the surf. We see other dogs on paddle boards or swimming with their owners but I think she’s never really going to like water.

Late afternoon we headed off to pick up Fish and chips and and on to Hengistbury Head for a picnic with Prosecco watching the sun go down. I have so many fabulous photos but this is my favourite showing the four youngsters chatting away, one about to start a new phase with his first job in London , the other - we think - about to start something new too, and their partners coming to the final years of medical and veterinary studies and all of them plotting how to maintain long distance relationships over the next year.
