Seals II

After a day of toil it was time to head to Tentsmuir for an evening wander for that read canter as I tried to keep pace with Mr "long leg" LIF. It was also a chance to try out our new season pass...yup after 7 years with the dogs visiting the beach we have finally got organised enough to buy one! I am sure we will get value for money from it

After setting off along the "soul destroying road" (about 1.5 miles of woodland track which would put the Romans to shame in its straightness) we headed off to the shore. The wind was still brisk and chilly but doable if you are comfortable with the dreepy nose, streamy eyes look.

It looked like the seals had been out for a swim and were just parking up for the night as there was a lot of movement and scuttling in from the sea and onto the sandbank. Perhaps marginally more interesting than last week's heap of seals!!!

This one looked to me as if he has been caught with his flipper in the cookie jar!
