Tuesday 1 May 2012: Crab Apple Blossom
Phil's blossom is now in bloom. Later than last year but here now nonetheless. I spotted it as I was giving the grass a hasty trim this evening before the icy wind off the sea made me huddle inside. Why is it that the sun shines during the when I am locked in the temple of gloom and then scurries behind clouds as I drive home in the evening ?
On the plus side I have not wasted the evening. Our flights to Spain in September are now booked
