Soaking up the sun...

...and having a little nap by the water's edge. A lot of the geese and ducks have paired up including these two. Lots of fun and frolicking going on with other pairs in the lake. Saw a number of geese nests on the way home in a marshy area in Oak Ridges not far from Lake Wilcox. Another place where there will be lots of little goslings. An unexpected sight on my way home was a man with a shovel trying to cross the road and on the shovel was a big lump which I realized was a big snapping turtle he was helping get across a very busy road. He placed it in some tall weeds on the other side on the road, lucky turtle!
