Scallops and clams and prawns...

...oh my.

So, I pretty much hate cooking. I love baking but find cooking pretty stressful. You're supposed to know how to do all these things that the recipe rarely details.

Because of this Acronymphomania does virtually all of the cooking. But he's been such a star recently that I wanted to make something he'd really like. So I tried my hand at clam, prawn and scallop stew with feta. It was certainly a little fiddly but overall was a success.

Back to chips and sausages from now on though...;)
