Entertaining Archie

Archie is a Scottie Dog. A bit like Corgi's, you know they exist and that someone owns one, but you've never met one before.

Not until today that is.

Archie belongs to my friend Andrew Beattie and his wife Anne who live in Hertfordshire. A very barky little fellow, we soon made friends and he came and sat on my foot as Andrew and I chatted. I always thought this was a doggie gesture of friendship but Andrew said he was on guard, checking me in case I made any sudden movements. When Anne came and joined us he rolled over on the sofa, so all was OK.
