Hovering

My headache has been hovering all day. I stayed in bed mainly but did do a quick safari in the garden where I got this shot of the hover fly. I can't remember the name of this plant but the bees (honey and blue banded) and hover flys seem to love it's flowers. The blue banded were way to quick for me today but at least this hover fly obliged.
