One Squirrel, Two Views

I'm always amazed that our native Douglas squirrels can be so compact when eating (above) and so long when stretched out, as seen in the extra.

Including their fine tails, these squirrels measure 10 to 14 inches in length (25.4 to 35.5 cm).

We've been wrapped up in new technology, about which more later. I have a Luddite streak, and am immensely grateful for Phil's willingness and ability to embrace the challenges of new phones... and more.

And over the course of several days, I finally put together a Shutterfly photo book from our 2019 Road Scholar trip to Arizona. The cover photo on that book is the same photo I posted for my 2000th blip.
