Another lovely day.
We had a lovely leisurely walk this morning down through the grounds of the big house to the little beach.This is a shot of the band of deciduous trees which form a wind break from the prevailing winds which come right off the sea. When we got to the beach we found it wasn't so small but a fair size,a mixture of pebbles and sand with panoramic views of the North end of Arran and Kinytre.
This was very relaxing way to spend a morning on such a fine day.
For lunch we went to the Barn at Millhouse. The people who are running this delightful lunch stop have really got it looking very smart and the waitress couldn't have been more helpful or friendly. This is definitely a place to go if you are down in this area but please remember they close Tuesdays and Wednesdays so you're not disappointed.
We then went back to Tighnabruaich for a walk along the front stopping at the Tighnabruaich Gallery for a look inside at all the lovely things.
We are now back at the cottage sitting outside enjoying the lovely day and just relaxing, wonderful.
