On my way home from dog walking I slipped in the snow**, landed on my hip (going to have pretty bruise there) and left arm/hand...fairly sure nothing broken & "only" sprained as mobility impacted and "only" painful when I forget & move it...
Cancelled my class 'cos I can't safely drive & really should have edited this on my ipad, as my righthand is as controllable as a three year old after devouring a tub of Haribo...
