Wednesday

Another rotten day due to pain. I keep going back and forward about contacting the Dr, as I always seem to be there, and some days are better than others but I know the pain shouldn't be there at all.  It's also adding to my stomach issues as I am worrying about it. 

A friend came along for a catch up early afternoon which distracted me a  bit.
