Skipper

I watched the skippers at their mating dance again. They never seem to actually connect, but there is a lot of courtship. The male circles a few inches above the female, who stays put on her leaf, but vibrates or quivers continually. Circle, circle, quiver, quiver. He flies off, she stays put. He returns. Circle, quiver. You get the drift. I am probably missing something important, but they probably don't understand me either.

This image is a miracle of shooting blind. Couldn't see the screen in the sun. Couldn't really crouch properly since my back is still bothering me. I just stuck out my arm, pushed the button and trusted something would happen.
