By-cycle of life...

After a great night out with our friends from Essex, we went into Epping forest for a ride. The lads live there and chose some amazing routes, it was totally awesome!

I was very much working hard as I'm out of practice at this level but the guys were great, I didn't fair too badly, a couple of crashes but still walking!

3 hours went by in a flash.

Back to my friends house and clean the bikes. We sat chatting and had a beer, we then got ourselves clean and everyone turned up for a BBQ.

The afternoon drew to a close and we drove home...

Back out on the bike again for a little sunset viewing......
