The Mystery

A certain well known high street store, sells a runny scotch egg that is heated in the oven for 14 minutes before serving.  We always wonder how they manage to keep the yolk from setting.  It is absolutely scrumptious, but if anyone can suggest how they achieve this, we'd love to know.

Another glorious day, once the clouds had burnt back this morning.  We spent the day at home, doing odd jobs and just enjoying the garden.
