Home!

Finally catching up a bit here.....Wednesday was a long and somewhat frustrating day.   Flight from Victoria to Toronto was good, watched a great movie Tar.....with Cate Blanchard, so good!   then onto Sydney...flight boarded on time, woo hoo i thought, home by midnight to be met by Terry!!!
almost 2 hours later, having sat on the runway while they fixed the loo.....off we went!   Such a long day sitting and more sitting, but to be greeted by Terry was just wonderful....almost 2 hours late, poor guy had been waiting all this time!   Then the crowning glory...no luggage!!!   Anyway it arrived this morning at my front door, while i was still sleeping!!!

Yesterday was a bit of a blur...we didn't get to bed till 4am...then i was up at 8am to drive a wwoofer to the bus....back to bed for a 3 hour nap!

So this morning, feeling refreshed i spent time down at the village...had breakfast with this view, feeling happy and grateful to be able to go visit my darling family and then return to this beautiful home i have here!!

I'm listening to this on repeat .... it's a bittersweet feeling .... little Owen loved this song and would carry his portable speaker around the house, stop and put it down beside his little feet and go into the most delightful little dance....all in his own little world, i loved it - loved dancing with him!!
saying goodbye to Brighson and Bronwyn , on wednesday - oh such a sad moment for me....and then as always, i'm home and so happy to be here now!

Off to get prepared for the first market of the season tomorrow morning!
