Early morning walk...

Had a lovely walk down the back trail this morning....so quiet and peaceful.

Into the studio early, trimmed yesterdays work and then into town.  Had an unexpected visit during lunch with some friends i haven't seen in a while....we do tend to hibernate here in the winter :)   Then a fabulous massage with Rae...she just knows my body so well and takes care of all the little....and not so little...knots!
