The Lighted Life

On the Edge of Their Seats

The excitement of performing the school play for the fourth time this week was palpable. Even the cast could not wait to take the stage. Never before have I witnessed such concentration and excitement amongst thespians ready to unleash their energy. Or not.

Seriously, it was a ridiculously fun play. Three dozen 9 year-olds covered the 185 year history of St. Paul in twenty minutes. Not even the Coen Brothers could have done better.
