Felt pretty grotty again today - withdrawal symptoms still horrible and a bad/unexpected period on top. Thought they'd finished for good but it turns out the meds I were on can mess with your cycle, so perhaps it's not the menopause after all. Bit weird.

Thanks for all the stars, hearts and comments on yesterday's blip. Wasn't sure whether to post it at the time, but glad I did now.
