Talybont Reservoir

I wanted to have another go at this shot and being in the area made it possible. I love this spot and the view.

We stayed in an "interesting" B&B in Swansea. Our first viewing was cancelled late on Friday evening even though it was arranged on Monday/Tuesday. Apparently the owner was not available, would we like to rearrange? No. Can't help but wonder if they are serious. One house was a definite no and another was oh my god a superb location but the bay on the front was held up by acrows and every window had plastic on the outside; a real project.

Over the hill to Brecon. Couldn't find one barn conversion, one really nice lodge with attached former parish hall/former laundry for the big house as a project; very possible. One house that was not us but in a fabulous village and barn to convert rejected. Then home. Knackered.

Now settled down with a piece of my birthday cake and glass of wine :-)
