Fungus Foray

A day to myself away from home.  A novelty!   Mostly a quiet one but this morning I took Meg to Inkpen Common, a nature reserve just a few miles from where I am staying.  Too late in the season for wildflowers but as we mooched around for a couple of hours I did find quite a few different fungi.   It's that time of year I guess.  We had the best of the day, after some early brightness, it rained when we got back to the travelodge.   

Otherwise I packed orders for the Crocus Group UK seed exchange and chilled.  Tomorrow will be a bit more interesting and will hopefully involve a mini blipmeet :-)
