The house that SooB built

Here's the outside shade thingy I've been going on about. Somehow this shot makes it look much less straight than it really is (the cover is just there as a trial - and will be replaced). Mr B made it back home surprisingly early - just in fact as his birthday cake came out of the oven. (It has sunk - never had that happen before.)

Hot day. Popped into the College to hand in TallGirl's registration forms for next year. Somehow managed to show up with only about half of what I needed, and dropped a bank document on the front steps (happily the secretary found it later). Ah well, best they learn right from the off that I'm not so great when it comes to paperwork.
