Long, warm day today. I created a beast of a spreadsheet and started the summer play rehearsals - that time of year again.

As we got home Jnr Snr asked if she could make some bread (she had a tech day at the local secondary and made some there - she loves baking), so I said, "OK, if you don't ask me for anything apart from putting them in and taking them out of the oven."

I do like a bit of independence.

We are about 4 mins away from seeing them as I type; if they turn out well, she's cooking for the rest of the week ;)
