Ladies Who Lunch

I went out this morning and collected SWMBO's prescription and took it to the pharmacy where there were loads of staff and nobody waiting.
They checked and made sure they had the items and took them to the pharmacist ........it would take an hour and a half to dispense (not including the lunch break)
....... "I will call back".

We had a lunch-date with an old school friend.
We all met at school and she was SWMBOs bridesmaid. She stays in Derby so we don't see each other very often - which may account for our lunch-date lasting for over 3 hours.
It then took nearly an hour and a half to get the 15 miles home. No wonder I hate Edinburgh.
