Ski Sauvasshytta to Umbukta, Taxi to Mo-i-Rana

11 km, 50m Ascent, 475m Descent.

It's only 11km and virtually all downhill to our finish at Umbukta. We could spend today in the mountains at Sauvasshytta and travel down to Umbukta tomorrow, get the, already arranged, taxi to Mo-i-Rana and train to Bodø. We could, but given yesterdays experience of the weather conditions we decide it would be better not to leave everything to the last minute, but to have a leisurely ski down today, rearrange the taxi and find a hotel in Mo-i-Rana for tonight.

So that's what we did.

We ended up at the Comfort Hotel Ole Tobias where we had the daft situation that they wouldn't give us the rate quoted online. So we stood in their reception and booked it online - daft or what - nice hotel though.
