Cloudy Moon

Busyish morning, leading to a tailing-off afternoon, with cancellation/s meaning I took off for an early train (snapping this on the way) - and spent the train trip working on a proposal I want to put forward for a pilot project at work to improve the physical health of our patients. So it ended up being a really productive afternoon after all. 8)
