precious moments...

Caught this image through the flowers of my son lying on the grass reading after school. He had homework to do and I could certainly have done with a few small chores completed by him...but I said nothing. To take time and do something with it, outside is such a great pleasure. Being the sensitive person that he is, he knows that, while because I have so few chances to do this, value it highly.

I love that I have been able to capture this moment for him - even if rose tinted and all, because these are the memories I want him to 'remember' - life in all its simplicity and joy.
