Pure humiliation

Minnie presented for breakfast this morning as usual - eagerly - but I noticed that her bandage seemed to have slid down her leg a bit and there were quite a few teeth marks across it.......

After breakfast she disappeared into the office where I assumed she was seeking out some fresh air from the partially opened windows.  She emerged 10 minutes later sans bandage.  Aarghh!  Nothing for it but to whip her off to the vets - again! - (thankfully they could see her) where it was re-bandaged-plus!  The plus is to stop her chewing it.....we'll see how that goes.  She did look thoroughly humiliated by it all though and hid for most of the rest of the day.

Whilst Minnie hid, I went out to the garden and did some dead heading.  Of boy - it was hot!  Forecast for rain tomorrow so should be a bit cooler which might make Minnie's humiliation marginally more tolerable for her.
