Crick in the neck

A day of food and sport.* Starting off at Castello Coffee followed by a birthday lunch at Le P'tite Folie, then a stroll down to Stockbridge to grab some more coffee (tea for the others) and see the last 40k of the first stage of the 100th Tour (and peruse some nice kit at Ronde). And what a last 40k it was- crashes upon crashes, and then bus-gate...ouch.

And well done to Robson, a great second week on its way.
