Just a walk in the park

It appears that some of the warm weather from the east coast has tagged along with me, and for that, I am thankful. Today's warmth and sunshine made acclimating a cinch.

This easy day started with coffee and chocolate croissants at the Farmer's Market. Needing water to take my anti-lactose pills in order to enjoy the butter-laden croissant, I attempted to purchase a bottle only to discover I had no more cash. A very generous fellow Bellinghamster quickly offered to buy my water for me -- "Pay it forward!", she cried. What a great town this is.

A sunset stroll through Bloedel-Donovan park was a lovely way to wrap up the day.
