Protea

Most of the flowers I got a week ago are still going strong, and the proteas are just beginning to open. 

Today I went to the hospital for the results of the MRI I had 5 months ago! I would have contacted them and asked for an earlier appointment if I’d been in the same level of pain, but the truth is the knee is much better. The result is that I do have arthritis in it and he thinks I had a flare up last year, which then caused the cyst. The cyst is still there, and there is also a small tear in the cartilage. Neither are causing any problems at the moment as long as I don’t ‘overdo’ it! His advice, learn to manage the arthritis, and that starts with losing weight! Hmmmmm!
