Weathered Wall

We popped down to the town to post a birthday card, in between the April showers. It was windy and bitterly cold.

There were lots of textures on offer for Mono Monday.

There was a slight panic this morning when I got an email from the speaker I'd booked for camera club this evening saying he might not be able to make it. I found a last minute alternative but the original guy came back to say he would be coming after all. Phew.

In other news the cricket season seems to have started. I watched Somerset snatch an honourable draw from what looked like a definite defeat a day ago. The live streams on You Tube have got so much better over the last few years, it's as good as a televised watch really. There were hardly any spectators there which was a shame as the last session was pretty exciting until the draw was agreed
