A day out

Work in London. Decided to walk from Westminster to Knightsbridge seeing as it was a nice day.
Did meet a bloke on Metropolitan line who brought his none running Honda Shadow moped onto the train.
I asked him if he was allowed to do that. He said he didn’t know and would wait to be told that he can’t.
That’s the correct answer.
Also got shouted at by a delivery cyclist who said, “Look both ways dickhead!”
And I thought, fair enough. He has a point.
