CAN I explain it?

I’ve been working on the CAN interface to the boiler. With some help of a tool called SavvyCAN I found the data that seem relevant to me in the huge amount of data the boiler continuously spits out. With this, I think I should be able to see if the boiler is on and if so, if this is for hot water or for central heating. I created a script that collects all the data I need and turns it into something my Home Assistant home automation system understands. I then went on to describe what I found in a forum post (in Dutch).

It’s nice to feed the inner nerd every now and then.
