it's been a good day, got lots accomplished in the studio and then had an amazing torture session massage down in Baddeck....Rachel is amazing....as i've said before, she is somewhere between Atilla the Hun and some kind of blessed angel! She has hands (and elbows) that find all the little places that are almost too tight! After she's spent most of the time dealing with my back (which can get pretty tight), she moves on to the more blissful places...legs, feet, hands and arms. i haven't been to see her in about 6 months...that's a mistake!
