Love this bit of the river Soar. 

Morning at work then a visit to Mum in the afternoon. Every farmer in Shropshire was out on their tractor today. It took ages to get there as m54 was shut as well. I got Mum a bird feeder that sticks on the window for her bedroom. She always loved feeding the birds at the farm.  Hopefully they will soon find it. I got her to leave her room for a walk and we sat in the day room for a bit and had a chat with a lovely lady called Maureen who is always beautifully colour co-ordinated, right down to her bag and lipstick. She wears loads of rings and brooches. I think she looks lovely. I think Mum is leaving her room a bit more now but she doesn't like the day room much. 

The plasterers have been in and made a right mess finished off the last few bits of plastering. Some repainting to do and a lot of cleaning up after them :0(   not finding any free time to do any house stuff at the moment.
