How insects love cow parsley too

I'm rather partial to cow parsley, and now we let out =r garden get wilder the cow parsley has been increasingly moving over the boundary from the wild hillside behind the house.

I ventured down to the wilder zone of the garden and despite the bright light I managed to find both light and dappled shade, as did the flying insects. I think this was a bee, seemingly with four wings, but there were several hoverflies on the same flowers. However as you can probably tell I'm no expert.
