Happy family

It’s nice to be able to blip a happy swan scene after Saturday’s aggression.

This brood seemed to number at least ten (although they aren’t all visible in this shot). The swan was remarkably unperturbed because they were all at a very busy junction on the canal at Great Haywood and boats were having to get quite close as they turned left or right.
