“Garden” tapestry

Back to usual activities! This morning I went for a bike ride with some of our usual group, along the towpaths to Walton Marina cafe. I then decided to cycle home of the other side of the river, on the road, to visit the Sunbury Embroidery Gallery for a quick look at the exhibition there and to see if the roses in the garden were blooming..they are not yet. The exhibition was a variety of ‘modern’ tapestries from the South East England group. Another one I quite liked as seen in the extra was called ‘World wide web’.

On my way back I went to the allotment . It needed lots of water on the seeds I had planted a while ago. A few are coming up and the early potatoes look good. The weeds seem to be growing well!

Nice and warm today so I got out all my sandals ready to wear and tested the aircon unit in our bedroom!
