The Tamar Bridge

Today we flew back from St Mary’s on the Isles of Scilly to Exeter. Fortunately our plane was on time…yesterday the weather was bad and they were three hours late! So we were glad to wake up to a fine day.

See our plane in the extra…a twin engine Otter which has 17 seats plus a dog cage! 
Most of the journey was flying over cloud but this is the Tamar Bridge outside Plymouth which connects Devon with Cornwall.

Our drive back from Exeter was long, but trouble free, as we had to make a detour to pick up our dog Libby from the friend who had her to stay. 
A lovely holiday but always good to get home!
