Clean!

Tim finished dusting and hoovering today, and I cleaned the kitchen at lunchtime - ready for my friend Kate to arrive in the evening.  This is just a quick phone snap from during the day - but I realised the glass vase here (the square one) was a gift that she had given me previously, so thought it was fairly appropriate for today's photo.

Kate arrived just around dinner time - so good to see her again after so many years!  Tim cooked us a delicious curry, and we drank lots of his home made wine, too - and chatted so much!  Eventually made ourselves stop and go to bed shortly before 1am.
