This is Burma's national dish, a curried fish noodle soup.

Usually served for breakfast, my curry mate and guru S served this as a starter!! for a spectacular Burmese lunch, accompanied by rice.

Fish cake salad (made by me no less!! with the beady S eye watching)

Kale and cabbage fry

Amazing and the conversation equally tasty.
A very spicy Sunday.
