Loading the kiln!

Well, it's been another long day in the studio, preparing a glaze kiln....and so finally around 5.30pm things were ready to be loaded! It's a job that can take a couple of hours...so i usually require some sustenance....a wine spritzer is all i can really handle if i want to get things into the kiln successfully!

Lots of the new 'oceanic' glazed pieces in this kiln....makes for a very exciting firing!
