Sgwarnog: In the Field

Less glamorous habitat than yesterday's blip, but this vacant lot just off the edge of campus is one of the prime spots for butterflies in the city centre. I've recorded eight different species here during the past twelve months. Today there were just two, five Small White and a single Small Tortoiseshell. there's at least one Small White flying through shot if you can spot it.

On the sky line you might recognise High Point and on the right, the Green, which was recently awarded the accolade of best student accommodation in the UK.
