Back on it

Back to baking today. I have to be honest and say that I've been avoiding it a little because I can't bear to be within 6 feet of the Aga in this weather. However, there is a book to finish and I've got to get on with it.

This is chocolate peanut butter squares and I can hardly claim it as baking really - it involves melting a few things, blitzing a few things, mixing some of them together and then covering with the other things. It is, however, the most moreish and most delicious of almost anything I've made so far.

In fact it is a miracle that there was enough of the biscuit base left to put in the tin after I did a 'quality check'...
