Cut down in his prime......

......it would have been the late hubbies 65th birthday today, we would probably have spent all of his first weeks state pension on booze and riotous living........dammit, I'll just have to do it for the both of us then ;-)

John was usually the one behind the camera, he managed to focus, shoot straight AND include whole heads (and other essential body parts) as a rule.....as you can see I came to this photography lark late, this is a prime example of me pressing the relevant button (and hoping for the best) sometime in the 70's ;-)
