Where did she come from?

I was mucking about with image processing a shot I'd taken of a nearby picture-framer's window, when this face appeared in one of the mirrors.

It's not me - the original shot only had the reflections of clouds. She doesn't look very chuffed at being spotted though - maybe ghosts don't like having their photos taken.
