Hebe?

Left to my own devices I would have absolutely no clue as to what this flower is. Norma thinks it's a variety of hebe. I only know that it's pretty and was fully intent on labelling it "pretty flower". If anyone has a more precise idea of what this is, I'd be delighted to know.
