Cool Dudes

Today we took a drive to Lake Kournas, about 20kms away from the villa. The lake is about 1km in diameter and is surrounded by stony beaches. The water is crystal clear and perfect for swimming. After a couple of hours relaxing in the sun/shade we hired a pedalo. Rob and Lucy spent a very pleasant hour diving off the back into the cool water. We also had a meal at the taverna there.......super value and great views!!

I have some nice photos of the lake but decided to blip this shot of Gav and Rob, it's not often I can persuade people to feature in my journal!!

Back at the villa now and time for an ice cream and a swim before getting ready to go out for dinner!

Friday tomorrow.......where has the week gone??????


Sara.....definitely worth a trip out to the lake, if the boys have inflatables take them with you! Nice cheap meals at the taverna and the cost of the sunbeds/parasols is taken off the bill!!
