Feeling the Heat

Today we went to Chania, Crete's second largest town, a drive of a little under an hour from our villa. The harbour is beautiful, again the Venetian influence is obvious! It was so hot though, no breeze at all.

Here is Lucy cooling off by dipping her feet in the water!

We stopped for a swim on the back at a deserted beach and have now arrived back at the villa. It's 7.15pm here, two hours ahead of the UK. We've decided not to go out again today so stopped at the supermarket for some pizzas and wine!!!
